About SAB

THE SOLON ATHLETIC BOOSTERS IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION (501C3) OF DEDICATED VOLUNTEERS THAT PROVIDES ASSISTANCE TO ALL STUDENT ATHLETES IN SOLON MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOLS.

Membership by the parents and families of our Solon athletes is what makes our organization successful.  Each year, Solon Athletic Booster members volunteer thousands of hours to support the district’s athletic teams and programs.

HOW WE SUPPORT OUR ATHLETES

• Provide more than $20,000 annually in scholarships.
• Pay for out of town competitions for teams.
• Help offset the cost for team banquets and awards.
• Purchase supplementary items like soccer training goals, hurdles, wrestling mats, ice time, green fees, and running timers.
• Fund renovations and upgrades to weight room and stadium signage.
• Videotaping equipment & scouting computers for coaches.

WHEN WE MEET

Our meetings are held the second Monday of each month at 6:30 pm in Room 100 (across from Athletic Office) at Solon High School and usually last one hour.  All are welcome to attend.
